A seasoned software marketing professional, Caroline brings over 20 years of executive and senior management experience with a diversified portfolio in B2B, B2C and OEM marketing that spans direct, retail, channel and two-tier distribution. She has directed U.S and worldwide marketing efforts including strategic planning, brand development, product marketing, promotions, and marketing communications. Additionally, she has been responsible for developing go-to-market strategies to drive market share and revenue growth. Caroline's corporate experience ranges from start-ups to mid-size and large enterprise organizations.

Caroline was previously VP, Marketing at Eisenworld, Inc (acquired by Microsoft), VP, Marketing at Tranxition Corporation and VP, Marketing at Quarterdeck Corporation. Additionally, at Quarterdeck she served as President of Quarterdeck Select where she was responsible for the direct marketing and sales functions for this wholly owned subsidiary and was instrumental in its acquisition by The Sutherland Group. Earlier in her career, Caroline was Director of Marketing for Landmark Research (acquired by Quarterdeck) and held key marketing positions at Tech Data Corporation, the world's second-largest distributor of software and hardware with $24b in sales.
